The PCPS Pump type 1104 by EHEIM is a 12 volt synchronous rotor centrifugal pump powered by a 4-pin connector (HDD / CD drive power connector).
The pump has a head of Hmax 1.60 m. The power consumption is between 3.7 to 4 watts, depending on the operating mode.
The PCPS starts with a lower pressure after switching on and then gently raises it to the operating pressure within about 3 seconds.
This serves the life and also protects the mechanics.
